By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to form contracts, and not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. We may refuse service or close accounts where regulation or our policies require.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and 2FA material. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All plans published on the platform are described in plain terms. Historical yield is not a guarantee of future performance. See the Risk Disclosure for details.

No money laundering, market manipulation, abuse of referral programs, use of stolen identities, automated scraping, or circumvention of security controls.

You may close your account at any time via Account → Security. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons, or operational safety. On termination, we settle outstanding balances per the applicable plan's exit schedule.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on our Company Information page. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
